白话译注
蓬莱是《山海经》中最早记载的海上仙山之一，位于东海之中。在战国秦汉时期，蓬莱与方丈、瀛洲并称海上三神山，成为帝王求仙活动的终极目标。秦始皇派徐福率童男童女入海求蓬莱仙药，使蓬莱成为了中国仙话传统中最具象征意义的地理标志。
