白话译注
巴蛇是《山海经》中最著名的巨蛇，能够吞食大象，三年后才把象骨吐出来。君子服用巴蛇蜕下的骨皮，可以治疗心腹疾病。“巴蛇食象”后来成为形容贪婪的成语。
